How Your Airport Meet and Greet Works
Landing at Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)? This guide explains what happens when you book a Prilux Limo airport pickup, so you know where to go and who to look for.
1. Before you fly: add your flight number when you book. We track your flight and adjust your pickup time if it lands early or late.
2. Where your chauffeur waits: at MIA and FLL your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. Your chauffeur helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
3. International flights: after passport control and customs, follow the exit signs to the arrivals area, where your chauffeur waits for you with your name sign.
4. 60 minutes of free waiting: waiting time is complimentary for 60 minutes from your flight’s actual landing time, for domestic and international flights, so you have time to collect your bags and clear customs.
5. Your private ride: a luxury sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban for up to 6, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for up to 14 passengers and 20 bags, with no shared stops. Child seats are available on request.
