What Happens to Your Car Service if Your Flight Is Delayed

Your flight to Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is delayed. What happens to the car waiting for you? With Prilux Limo, very little changes for you.

1. We track your flight. When you book, give us your airline and flight number. We follow your flight and adjust your pickup time to your real arrival, whether it lands late or early.

2. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time. Waiting time is complimentary for 60 minutes from your actual landing time, not your scheduled time, so a delay does not cut into it. That gives you time to get off the plane and collect your bags.

3. Your chauffeur still meets you inside. At MIA and FLL your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a sign showing your name. On international flights, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals area after customs, which can take longer at busy times.

4. Call us if your flight number changes. If you are rebooked onto a different flight, land at a different airport, or miss a connection, call us at (305) 518-1107 as soon as you can, 24/7, and we will update your pickup.

5. Overnight delay or cancellation? Call us and we will move your pickup to your new arrival time.

Choose your vehicle: a luxury sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban for up to 6, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for families and groups of up to 14 passengers and 20 bags. Child seats are available on request.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with PriLux Limo, a luxury transportation company that provided me with truly exceptional service today.
Yesterday, I contacted the company because I had a medical procedure scheduled for today and was unable to drive afterward. I needed a reliable transportation service, and I was referred to PriLux Limo. After calling them in the morning, I received a message that afternoon confirming my pickup arrangements, along with the name of my chauffeur, Eduardo, and his phone number in case I needed to contact him.
This morning, Eduardo sent me a message early to let me know he was on his way to pick me up. My pickup was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and he was punctual, very well-presented, and arrived in an impeccably clean vehicle. Everything was completely professional. He opened the door for me and made me feel genuinely cared for through his kindness, courtesy, and attention.
I have to say that I was a little nervous about my procedure, but the care and attention I received were so wonderful that they helped me feel calm and supported. ❤️

The company made sure to wait for me until I finished my procedure so they could take me safely back home, ensuring that I would not have to wait even a minute after I was done. That thoughtful gesture truly showed me their commitment to their customers and the quality of their service.
