I would like to share my wonderful experience with PriLux Limo, a luxury transportation company that provided me with truly exceptional service today.
Yesterday, I contacted the company because I had a medical procedure scheduled for today and was unable to drive afterward. I needed a reliable transportation service, and I was referred to PriLux Limo. After calling them in the morning, I received a message that afternoon confirming my pickup arrangements, along with the name of my chauffeur, Eduardo, and his phone number in case I needed to contact him.
This morning, Eduardo sent me a message early to let me know he was on his way to pick me up. My pickup was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and he was punctual, very well-presented, and arrived in an impeccably clean vehicle. Everything was completely professional. He opened the door for me and made me feel genuinely cared for through his kindness, courtesy, and attention.
I have to say that I was a little nervous about my procedure, but the care and attention I received were so wonderful that they helped me feel calm and supported. ❤️
And the exceptional service did not end there. The company made sure to wait for me until I finished my procedure so they could take me safely back home, ensuring that I would not have to wait even a minute after I was done. That thoughtful gesture truly showed me their commitment to their customers and the quality of their service.
From beginning to end, everything was absolutely excellent. That is why I recommend PriLux Limo 100%. Very nice drivers so kind and very helpful. On time and excellent driving. My mother had a mobility scooter and they handled it with no problem. Making her feel normal for travel.
