Where you are going: Key Largo is the first island of the Florida Keys. From Miami International Airport the drive is about 60 miles, usually 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes via the Florida Turnpike and US-1, the Overseas Highway, depending on traffic. From Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) it is about 82 miles, usually about 1 hour 50 minutes.
Choose your vehicle: a luxury sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban for up to 6, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for families and groups of up to 14 passengers and 20 bags. Child seats are available on request.
